Cottages are let from Saturday to Saturday

Letting hours are after 4.00pm on day of arrival until 10.00am on day of departure.

Special conditions apply for out of season short breaks.

Cottages must be left in a clean and tidy condition and breakages paid for.

Electricity and heating is included at Ty'n y Ffordd and Yr Efail but is extra by meter reading at Llanerch and Glanllynmawr.

Bed linen and towels are provided - all beds are made up and have continental quilts. Please bring your own cot bedding and towels for beach use e.t.c.

A non-returnable deposit of one third is required to confirm a booking, and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
